Leadership lessons from Jesus as change agent

This paper examines Matt 21: 1 – 17 and draws lessons from Jesus’ leadership as change agent. Using intertexture, the essay analyzes the representation of the four inter-texts outside of this text. The text was divided into three pieces for the sake of simplicity. Following the exegetical analysis on the inter-texts, the paper presents the three main leadership applications: Know the time to implement your vision; identify and confront corrupt systems boldly, and serve your followers like Jesus.
