Once in awhile I strike conversations with people who tell me that so and so have closed doors against them, denied them of opportunities, and delayed of their promotions. I sympathize with these kinds of people. And yes it hurts. Note that, since I relate to their circumstances, I don’t judge them for their frustrations and bitterness.

One of the frustrating things about fighting dictatorship is the support they enjoy from regional organizations. Before Muammar Gaddafi was ousted, shamefully, the African Union had lent its hand to prolong the miserable rule of one of the worst dictators in the world.  Ignoring the voice of the majority, the organization was after saving the walking dead dictator.

The New Life Assembly of God Church in Philadelphia has arranged a life transforming events on Sunday November 20, 2011. The charismatic, purpose-oriented, and visionary leader of this church, Pastor Woubshet Humaso, invited me to teach on Purpose-oriented living in the morning, and facilitate a workshop on Leadership attributes in the afternoon. I am excited and grateful for this opportunity.
